It can be very frustrating when it is hard to find how to change your bank details. Especially when you want to do it before your next payment. It could be the case with FreeNow as it is not available in the App to do it. To change your bank details, just follow the guidance.
Information needed
FreeNow will need the following details to proceed with your request:
- Sort code
- Account number
- Account holder’s name
- Date of birth
- Private Hire Driver Licence number
Submit your info by email
You can submit your info by emailing FreeNow.
Send an email to driver.care@free-now.com . You may copy and paste the below content for your convenience:
Hi,
I would like to change my bank details as follow:

Submit your info via FreeNow Form
The other way is to submit the request by using their online form. Find it from FreeNow website.
Make sure to fill in the email address that is linked to your account. Select “Account and registration” as a main reason of contact.
In description field, just copy and paste the email template showed above.
Once you have submitted your info by email or form, it should take approximately 1-2 days to proceed with your request and receive your money in your new bank account.
