From the table, we can clearly see that there are too many red crosses. Bolt and Ola are clearly far behind and no where near it should be. Far too easy for customers to create an account without facing any deterrent element. That is even more serious for Bolt. No wonder that too many serious incidents have occured on their platform in the last year.

Even if FreeNow shows some interesting features, there is still a long way to go for them too. Uber is by far the safest one. Nonetheless, there is some work to do to provide satisfactory safety standards for drivers.
